The conference takes place in the Main Building of TU Berlin. A customized map of of Berlin, with the different sites and hotels, is available here.
The ICCOPT Registration Desk is located in the lobby (Foyer, ground floor, left) of the TU Berlin Main Building. The opening times are as follows:
Changes at short notice and other important items will be displayed online, and on an info board next to the ICCOPT Registration Desk.
The staff at the registration desk is happy to help you with any kinds of questions. Conference helpers will be identifiable by colored name tags and green T-shirts.
Eduroam will be available. If you cannot connect to it, a guest account to the Wi-Fi network at the TU Berlin is included in your conference materials. If you need help, please visit the Wi-Fi helpdesk.
A variety of restaurants is located in the vicinity of the TU Berlin. For the daily lunch break, please consult the Restaurant Guide for a list of nearby cafeterias and restaurants. Payment in the Mensa of the TU Berlin is only permitted with a “Mensa card”: it will be possible to get one on the conference premises.
The conference badge allows you to use all public transport in the zone ABC from the 5th to the 8th. You will need to present a valid ID to an inspector.
